The progress on the triptych of Vancouver’s skyline comes along. Getting real close to finished now.
The latest progress on the Vancouver skyline triptych.
Started work on another Triptych last night…. It took 8hrs to get this far.
Some quick sketches. Where is this boy going with this?
Well, I’ve been working on these three paintings, on three separate occasions. You’ll notice there are six dots on the three paintings.. If you take the six dots, multiply them by three paintings, you get eighteen, and if divide this by the three paintings plus the three sittings you also get three.
I like the number three.
Better photographs and an exploration coming soon.
Stage two of my latest painting. Still not yet done.
NOTE: A lot of the black is done with tar.
This is what I face tonight. I will own this shit.
A three piece project, they used to call them triptychs.
You’ll notice the high level of ghetto happening here. The kind of stuff that goes down when you don’t have a studio to work in. Who needs a studio anyways?
PS. Please don’t tell mom I’m painting with Foundation Coating & Primer in her kitchen…
I did a four piece painting last night on cardboard. I’m still trying to figure out if I should put it up in the forest on trees, or string it together with wire and bring it into a cafe to see if they’ll put it on their walls. ..
This is one part. It’s called Ratpack Penguin.
Oil Rigs. My latest exploration with painting. Still some bugs to work out.
Working on some new painting ideas. Lines and squares.
Oh ya, that’s what I’m talking about. My art on walls! aBattle hanging proud! For more art head to www.nedtobin.com.
Work in a studio in Bucharest. Amazing.
